AC-130

Surprisingly, When I used Stratto's C130, I had very little trouble turning it, If you can find it, that could tide you over until someone starts working on it.
Also, I believe that C-130's do in fact fly (if in circle) in large areas to increase efficiency.
The vehicle is simple, the weapon... Not quite as easy.

i have that in my addons...only the metchene gun fires :/

There were no weapons on the C-130 Stratto made.

strato made another afterwards which had the giant howitzer, cannon, and machine guns
it was epic, but i haven't seen it since he showed it off once on his server
