Author Topic: What is your opinion on love?  (Read 4899 times)

i dont believe love is some magical force like some people seem to here

i believe love is something that can develop over time. it doesn't need to be there when you start the relationship. all you need to start the relationship is some sort of initial attraction. from there, you get to know each other better and that's where the love comes in.

i think love and physical attraction are independent, but i don't believe you can have a healthy relationship if you love someone but aren't physically attracted to them.

Man, you are just trying to get me to argue with you, aren't you?

Already asked her out.
I mean that you need to accept that she doesn't like you and move on in a more positive direction. You can't control how she feels but you can control what you do to make your life better.

Man, you are just trying to get me to argue with you, aren't you?
we'll only reach the same impasse of you talking out of your ass and making sweeping generalisations about what you think adult relationships are like

That is only your assumption of me. :)

But okay, I don't want to rape another thread trying to get my point across. So we'll argue about this another time.

idc, that's what I always say
I don't understand people saying stuff like "it won't last" or "you don't really love them" because honestly it doesn't affect you at all so what's the point? you're just looking for drama
if you say you fell in love with them in two seconds, whatever, that's how you feel and there's nothing I could do to change it even if I wanted to so I wouldn't bother. same thing for if you said it took a week, months, ten years, whatever. seriously if you think you're in love then more power to you. it's not my business to interfere

That is only your assumption of me. :)

the difference being that my assumptions have the actual experience to back them up lol.

Love really isn't something you can just.. Describe
It really depends. Love isn't something you can really have, its something you feel. Or, at least that's what I think. You cant really experience Love, in my opinion till you are much older. Out on your own, ready for them life commitments!
Boom. Wisdom.
I feel smart
Another American classic by Lusk.

For the sake of the thread and preventing the annoyance of others, I'm just going to ignore that arrogant statement for now.

im only in highschool, i can never say ive even come close to loving anyone (other then like my mom obv). i mean ive liked a lot of the girls ive dated, but it was more of just a close friendship. i seriously dont ever see myself getting married just beecause i cant comprehend loving anyone yet. i guess at some point ill mature past that tho

For the sake of the thread and preventing the annoyance of others, I'm just going to ignore that arrogant claim for now.
