Grand Theft Auto IV ICEnhancer Crashes Game! ( It is now fixed! )

You realise GTA IV is incredibly easy to run with low settings, especially low view distance? Stop blaming it on his GPU; that isn't his pressing problem.
If it was a GPU problem, it would crash, or lag extremely. It wouldn't simply just not load. Either it actually takes forever to load which might be a problem, or those two zombie mods next to eachother could be doing something. I'm not entirely experienced in the field of mods; but just saying "lul gpu suks" is incredibly unprofessional no matter how you put it.

I have HAD those mods for a month now, and they didn't do anything.
Also, i need someone to guide me that knows what they're doing.
So can someone guide me on how to fix the loading thing?

Make sure your installing a version fit for the version of your GTA.
If that is already true, then try finding a lower-scale modification of it.
I know that some mods dont like iCE, and I think it might need a clean install.
