Admins and How are they?

I rarely ban at all and I always pay attention to my server thanks to my adhd

Administrating a popular server surely is a very stressful job. Lot's of people that ask you to do something for them , ask you questions or do some random stuff that they shouldn't.
I'm pretty strict when it comes to bans since I always perma but I will always unban somebody IF they ask. Then again obeying simple rules isn't really difficult either.
I really hate people that start moaning and bitching about how "unfair" it is that they got banned for acting like a forgettard.
I think the most important thing about being an admin is knowing that it's a JOB and not a privileg.
As an admin you're responsible for the server and the players. You are supposed to make sure that everything works fine like intended and that the players can enjoy it without getting bothered.

This so much, except I don't unban someone if they ask because they deserved the ban.

I'm usually a pretty liberal admin, but I don't take kindly to immature handicaps. I'm also kinda biased toward more reasonable people, even if they break the rules.
