Marmite, or vegemite if you're an Aussie, is a strange taste. It has the perfect advertising slogan in the UK. "You either Love it or you Hate it". My family is of the love it stance, whereas I can't stand it.
Although, walkers did a temporary marinate flavour crisp a few years ago that was lovely. Then a new marmite official crisp that was horrible.

Either way, that unusual tar juice is a cornerstone of British and Australian food culture.
