That's pretty much proof that he could be college age, that he has/had a girlfriend that was irl, and that she either gave him her shirt for some odd reason, or that she's dead. If you need more proof then that, then you have problems. He doesn't need to give undeniable proof of everything he said, this is not a courthouse where he's being condemned of murder. He's just telling the forums a story.

Hes not in college. She is probably living around him currently, not in Thailand.

It's not difficult to just take your sister's shirt and put it on your bed and take a picture of it. The engagement ring? He could easily take his mom's wedding ring and sit it in an earring box and call it his own.

What kind of engagement ring box is that? It's a rectangle, there's no foam in it. Anyone who has seen either of these things knows that rockslide is full of stuff and the picture is faked.
