In my opinion, I would deny any apps that were posted the same more than once, it gets on my nerves when people ask when it will be reviewed and they quote their application.
I understand, but we can review them anytime we want, sometimes we don't reply to them and we just wait for more applications. You never know what is in our heads...

Don't know if its a defective addon like last time but for some reason when you hit player and damage them server is getting lag spikes. For now I will have it closed for this weekend :c

If you restart the server, I think I know the problem.
And I think it has nothing to do with resource usage.
