Save File Addon Reader

I wish there was an addon to be made that could tell you what exact addons were used in a .bls file.  I have save files from 2010 and such that I would like to know exact packs so I can load without getting a zillion packs to know it loads fine without missing bricks.

It would certainly be nice if we had a public and exportable database of UI names and their corresponding addons.
