Hat Mod

Could someone give me a working version of the hatmod? I need a working one that doesn't have a broken shop and broken RTB prefs. And yes, I loving know it got failbinned.

I have a Hatmod Test and the old Hatmod, but I was told not to distribute it by Mr.Nobody or else I'd get raped.
I'm pretty sure he took down the download for a reason, he didn't want it to get failbinned and didn't want it distributed because it was broken. Rusty still has to make more hats for the mod and it won't get released until then.
