Subrosa.exe Is being a plague

I was playing subrosa and suddently It stopped working, I tried ALT+F4, Task manager, close window, and nothing happens, also when I try to End Task, It says "Acces Denied"

when re-starting it was asking me to close all programs first, so I needed to do what I typed above.
