If a cop looking for a black 370z with license plate XXXXXXXXX pulled up behind me it'd probably run my plates just in case because I'm still a black 370z, and when it came up with Chevy Impala as the car make and model he'd instantly call for backup and light me up. Also, I didn't resist arrest. Going 65 in a 30 isn't an arrestable offense, it's just a huge ticket. I ran from the police though, which is a pretty serious offense. Not enough to get an APB put out for my car though, and even if they did put one out I have plausible deniability because they didn't see my plate. Just 'cause I drive the same make and model and color doesn't mean it was me. |

I'm done arguing with you on this, you're clearly not taking into consideration any of the circumstances in question when talking about a police chase in the US and simply substituting the condition of your own country's law enforcement. We don't live in Argentina, things don't work the same way here, get that through your skull. |
