RICE stands for Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancement. Cosmetic is the operative word, it refers to non-functional. Something like that huge wing wouldn't be considered ricey when talking about a real racecar. However, stuff like a color-mismatched hood, decals on the side, underglow and a roof scoop (wtf?!) are still race inspired cosmetic enhancements; thus they are still ricey. |
