What do you use?  I don't think it's worth it since it's in such bad shape in terms of rust, but my dad's 25 year old Mustang is rusted through in several areas.

right now i just weld thins sheets of galvanized steel and undercoat them since there's still a lot of good metal left in the floors
most of the holes are small as or smaller than a quarter

also PSA don't weld while wearing a short sleeve shirt

look at dat patch

I drove my dad's 911 alone for the first time yesterday. It handles like a DREAM. It's incredibly responsive and when you put your foot down, the car HAULS. It's only got like 15lb-ft more torque than my car, but it feels like you're in a rocket ship when the pedal goes down. The suspension is cushy, but very good. It'll corner absurdly fast and feel like you're in a Rolls at the same time.

Also, the future is adaptive headlights. Holy stuff, I never knew what I was missing out on until I could actually loving see the road when I was going around a tight bend. It's such a simple concept, but it works FANTASTICALLY.
