Idk where you heard that, that's completely wrong. The car feels very light from the drivers seat because of it's really well planned weight balance. It's turning is on-point and as far as agility goes, it's much better than comparable cars. Regardless, I have a modded suspension tuned for street racing (I mean that not in the bad context, but in the context of not tuned for tracks specifically, but still tuned for racing), so my car will out perform a stock Z.

I'd 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a car with some serious power to back it up that's looking for a pure bred sports car. An FR-S is fun as forget to drive, but something about having an immediate, powerful response when you push down on your pedal is really satisfying. At the same time, the Z is not a muscle car. It'll be a completely different experience from a Camaro SS or Mustang GT. Those cars will pull harder when you put your foot down, but they'll feel sluggish and heavy around turns and when accelerating/braking. I'm a sports car guy, so the choice is clear for me.

A new 370z will run you about $35k after taxes and everything. A used one will run you about 10-12 grand less than that. Sport Package and Touring Package will add to that, but IMO both are essentials.

pfft
I wish my parents would ever let me get a 370z
if my mom's boyfriend gets a new car, they might give me his Mini Cooper S, which I ADORE
but he has no interest in big sports cars, and I don't think they'd buy me a new (or used) car at any point instead of just handing one down

never really ridden in one, but we talked about it at a car meet i went to, with a 370z owner's passenger.

someone else on reddit was talking about it too.

Caution:

Oh my god you guys I feel like I have stalkers. So many people stare at my Dart. So many.

Provided I live in a town where stuffty pickups and old cars are the norm, I guess a brand new orange car captures some attention.
