I drove a Prius a few times

they're pieces of stuff and I don't feel comfortable or safe driving them
Weird. I learned to drive in a Prius and I still like driving it. My only issue with them is that they have virtually no horsepower or torque.

Also, Cadillacs are like the ugliest cars ever imo. Right next to Bentleys, damn those things are ugly. I see so many loving Bentleys every day it's absurd, they're about as rare as any given particular model of car, and my reaction is always "what a waste of money."

Diesel ain't gas dawg. Diesel is diesel, and diesel is also more expensive than gas now for some handicapped reason.

But it has better economy.  A Volkswagen Jetta TDI can go like 700 miles on one tank.

I saw a Cadillac CTS-V sedan on October 16.  And yeah, Bentleys are more common than they should be.  I usually see like five a month (still seldom in some eyes, I guess).

I've started seeing them a lot more recently.

fun to drive the commercials said
u telling me you don't find a Cadillac CTS or Chrysler 300 to be even the slightest bit lovey?
I can get why you might not like driving a Prius but what about it made you feel unsafe exactly?

Getting run over by diesel trucks sounds unsafe.

OK so then any vehicle is too unsafe to drive that's a stupid reason.

if you were just buying a vehicle for small things you'd be much better off getting a hatchback
1. no worries about weather affecting what you're carrying
2. no worries about securing the stuff
3. most likely cheaper and better on gas
4. also probably faster but that is unimportant practically
1. that's what camper-shells are for and if its taller than the camper-shell then it most likely won't be effected by the weather
2. you really only have to secure things to stop them from blowing out and its not hard to securing things to a truck bed just take some rope and ratchet straps and do a spider web on the top of the bed
3. not really i mean a 4- cylinder S10 gets around 20 MPG

lol um......

1. those look handicapped plus a lot of furniture is too tall and will definitely be affected by weather anyway, but at that point it's not going to fit in a hatchback either, and if you're moving big things you're probably moving to another house anyway, and should have rented a moving truck. so just. you'll probably be fine with a hatchback
2. you also have to secure things so that they don't slide around and hit the sides of the bed (obviously not needed if it is several things that will fit properly)
3. that's terrible

Again, defending trucks as better vehicles because they can store more stuff is like saying everyone should drive a moving truck. I drive a 2 seater with barely enough trunk space to fit 1 suitcase. I have no problem with this. Not even once have I ever had a problem with not being able to bring something in my car (once I came really close, but we just sat it on the passenger's lap and it worked out). For me, having a bed would be pointless. I would be yet to use it. If I need to move huge stuff, I'll just rent a u-haul or something. They're not that expensive, and since I get all the things I like about my car the rest of the time it's definitely worth it.

@trinick, I'm the same way. I have a 2009 Suburban I use rarely for tansporting race car parts or things like that, but anything else I do just fine with my Audi that is a 2 seater. Groceries, boxes, small appliances/equipment, etc. Never had an issue.

No you're getting it all wrong.  Everyone who is "I <3 My Ford Truck", like my friend Roman, thinks running over Priuses is cool.  Maybe my suggestion isn't relevant, it's just a joke lol

can I talk about insurance for a second? just, I think it's incredibly stupid that you have to buy specific coverage in order to be covered against cars without insurance/hit-and-runs

Do you really? That's pretty ridiculous.

Also, not to turn this back into a topic about GT-Rs, but today (for the first time) my friend let me kick it over into manual-shift mode along with all 3 performance settings tuned to Race. Let's just say that, even from a rolling 20-30, I couldn't bring myself to floor the thing. At like 75-80% pedal pressure, we were pushed so far back into the seats that my left foot slid back. The acceleration and shifts are so clean and crisp that by the time I felt comfortable looking down I was already above 100mph. Holy stuff.

I jelly so much. :c Then again I don't get to drive anything yet, seeing as I'm only 14. :/

yeah
imo it should be part of liability. like, if you have what is legally required, I think you should also be protected against people who don't
