No I mean a jammer. How can I check if my state has outlawed them?

Radar jammers that block light waves from LIDAR guns are illegal in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, Minnesota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. Jammers that block the radio waves are outlawed nationwide.
Pie Crust:
Guys, Lada Niva or Lada Laika?
They're both for sale and pretty close to me. I drive a lot around the city and at a farm with a route beat to stuff. Which would be the best bet? (Note that I love the Laika)

Meh but yeah I like the looks of the Laika better (except those rims). I've never seen a Lada in my life so I couldn't recommend what would be better though.

I love the laika because it looks beautiful especially coated in that shiny red color.
