In Usuahia, gas does have a substance that lowers its freezing point but only because that gas is used by ships to go and come back from the Antartic. |

I've never seen clear gasoline and I live in Kentucky so I know its not the weather like Suburb suggested I did a quick google search and found this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuel_dyes |
