Still, unless he had his flashing lights and siren on, he should not have been able to pull you over. You and your mom had no knowledge of him trying to get anywhere in a hurry, and it's not like she was switching lanes trying to intentionally block him from passing. Frankly, I think your mom should be able to argue in court about it.

So I went to BMW's Ultimate Driving Experience Tour in Arlington Heights, IL (suburb of Chicago). I got to do three tests to push a BMW X1 and a BMW 228i to the limits which included ABS tests, accident avoidance, and practicing correcting oversteer on a skidpad. I never hit any cones and completed all three tests perfectly at least one time. Afterwards, I rode with my dad in a number of test drives in the following cars. I couldn't drive any because I'm not 21. Apologies for the bad pictures, but it's my phone's fault.

Lol. Yeah. But it's over now. I really do think it was his ego that made him pull us over.
