Top is the Ferrari Modulo, and the bottom is the HF Zero.

That bottom one has a Stratos logo though. It looks like it is likely a Lancia Stratos concept car.
Edit: I was right. I was also just informed of that 2010 Lancia New Stratos concept, which looks pretty cool but only one exists.
Ferrari F430 platform with design by Pininfarina. Would not mind driving.
