Corvettes run on premium gasoline though, so I'd be at $1.79/gallon. |

Then the elections happened and I saw gas prices down to $1.39/gallon just later in that year (I remember this vividly because it was $1.19/gallon with purchase of car wash, which is always 20 cents off). |
