so if youre unfamiliar with dutch laws. at 18 (a1) you can only drive so much cc and kW motorcycles.
so i was going to downtune one until i turn 20 (a2) and can re-do my license to drive more cc and kW.
i just figured out that it's against law to downtune if you have the a1 license. so this means i cant get my kawa ninja 300
honestly this is the worst news ive gotten this year, that motorcycle was the only thing i looked out for this year. i hate my country even more than i already did, i paid 3000 euro collectively for my licenses and theyre still going to restrict me from driving what i want. forget holland
