if it was made in the last 10-15 years then nope, that's a fine amount

250k i guess-- doesn't matter too much if it's been maintained well and the still seems to run fine. As far as the engine goes, around 150k-200k I'd ask if the head gasket, timing belt, fluid pumps, radiator, & plugs have been replaced, and ask if they've done a compression check for each cylinder. Visually inspecting all the hoses is a good idea; cracked and crusty is obviously bad. If they have full repair/maintenance documentation then that is a huge plus. I personally tend to be more worried about transmission/clutch wear when looking for anything over even 100k lol

my Camry is a 4 cyl currently at 292,130 miles and it runs fine aside from using some oil, my parts car Camry is a v6 that is at 178,405 and it has one foot in the grave (it leaks oil from the valve covers and idles really low
mileage is just a number really, its how well the previous owner maintained the car and how little they beat on it. Still try to aim lower, but don't say no to an otherwise solid car just because of the number on the ODO
