maybe because he doesn’t need them when its sitting in his yard, or because he hasn’t gotten them yet, or because he doesn’t want to share them....???

When I buy a car, it comes with the plates. It's a pain in the ass to re-register the chasis and engine numbers for a new pair of plates.

I kind of doubt it in most parts of the county, which are mainly brown Tauruses and a few scattered Impalas, but there is one city on the edge of the St. Louis County border with my county that still uses black and white Crown Victorias.
