The best part of construction zones is getting to downshift your car and hearing the beautiful exhaust pops.
tbh my car pops too much like it never shuts up like every time you let off the gas its just WHAAAAAAAAAAOPOP PO POPO PO POP OP OPO PO POP OPO
makes passing by cops, funerals, high school parking lots, and ghettos quite worrying sometimes

So I spent a good chunk of today re-mounting my car's aftermarket speakers because Metra provided the wrong screws. I installed the speakers back in january, and the right one fell out a few months ago, and I didn't even notice until last week. I decided to check under the door plastic, and a screw fell out as I separated the bottom of the door panel. I completely took off the panel and found the speaker barely hanging by a single screw. I borrowed my mom's 2009 camry le (Boring-ass car, even compared to my yaris) and headed to the local hardware store to get some longer screws and some nuts to help secure it. I then came back home, went out to my car, and worked on re-mounting the speaker with the new screws... in 98 degree tennessee heat. Then the screws I used were too long, so I had to mount the bracket in a funny way back onto the door to where only 2 screws were holding it in. The speaker wasn't moving around at all when I tried to shake it, so I put the panel back on the door. When I checked the driver's side door, the speaker was still in, but I put in the new screws anyways just to make sure. I've never sweat so much in my life. forget you, Metra, is it that hard to provide the right loving screws?

I made a guy in a lowered Silverado mad with my police car last night. Pretty sure he thought I was a legit cop as I followed him closely for about two miles. Blasted around him to beat him to the lane reduction and his jimmies busted through. High speed chase for the next five miles ensued including a drag test from a stoplight, which I won.

Hey guys, some loving motorbike starfish hit my driver mirror and broke the motor that was holding it in place. I sure as hell hope he fractured his arm. Anyways, the mirror itself is fine, the motor to move the mirror is fine but it flaps endlessly because the motor that held it in place and put it away (against the window) is broken thanks to this moron.

Can I legally drive with a taped mirror? Does anyone know?

I used duct tape to keep it in place because the insurance doesn't want to pay for it and it's a loving fortune ($2000 ars) for the spare part (+ mechanic) to fix it.
