You know what, watch. Just watch. It's probably going to turn out to be a huge hoax.
The page even looks like a hoax. There's no:
-About us button
-Contact us button
-Learn more button
It's just a page with a picture and a countdown.
They must have used the shutdown of NASA's website due to the government shutdown as an advantage to perform a giant hoax.
Also, found this on youtube:
1. The domain is registered with 'Namecheap'. NASA would not register a domain with Namecheap.

2. The websites entire design is a template, found on a website called 'ThemeForest' called 'Caelus'. Look it up.

3. The coders who designed the site can be found in the source code (inspect element) under 'Placeholder', Their names are Mathias Bynens & Brian Mcallister. They are both on twitter, and surprise surprise, both web designers.
Still think thats NASA now, huh?
