Is The Main Adventure mode Real Or is it Fake?

I hear about it everywhere. Don't know if its real or Fake.
Somebody told me its real And Some Other person Argued saying its not.

it's fake, but when people try to make a gamemode out of it, it just makes the joke even worse.
