Concept discussion: GTA City RPG?

Question: if someone built a full city complete with enter-able buildings and pre-made cars (possibly turn a few car models into bots like the bike for traffic), do you think people would enjoy that MORE than, LESS than or equal to current Build-your-own-house city RPGs?

I like the idea, however Blockland isn't powerful enough to handle all of the features.

I understand that, and I saw the topic. This was just more an open-ended discussion starter to see about getting around that. It doesn't necessarily need to have not police or the ability to jack a car, however I just enjoy the concept of a pre-made city.
Means admins don't have to worry about spam builds and like half of the rules on the server get taken care of

Making a script that gives you the ability to jack a car sounds somewhat easy, as well as a Vehicle Ownership script would also not be very hard. I'll see what I can do.
