| Half-Life 1 crashes on Surface Tension? |

I have searched up this problem and found no working solutions When I get to the part with the dam, it works, but when I start to hear the helicopter, the game crashes. No error messages or anything like that. The game just closes. Any idea how to fix? |

The surface is too tense for your computer, so the game /wrists itself when it hears the helicopter |

Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Right click on the game in your Steam Library, then go to Local Files and click the Button. |
