I'm not against giving people a chance to quit what they're doing, but I'm not gonna keep giving him chances and telling to stop. I certainly wouldn't ask him to stop, not in a genuine way at least, like I might say "can you stop?" but we all know that's not really a question

I didn't mean to give a ton of warnings, I should of made that more clear. What I meant to say was to tell the offender that they are violating the rules, and if they continue to do so then you (the admin) will take action. If they then persisted then it would be nessarray to ban them.

If he is not aware of the rule then it could be confusing as to why you are kicking him, it's better to notify the offender so you can avoid as much un needed drama as possible.
