Then why would you ask for someone to put together a computer rig that has to run bf4 at max for the same price as the xbox one? I could put together a rig that beats the specs of the xbox one for the same amount of money. I could probably do it with less money, to compensate for the cost of the kinect

so yeah sure. if you can build a better computer than the xbox one, for less than four hundred dollars, including everything that I would need, because I only have a desk, then go ahead
