Ok, I'm getting tired of all the campers in the standard counter strike source deathmatch. What tags do i put in to find a random-spawning DM?

Stop playing Death Match that's step one.

Deathmatch is very, very terrible.
Play at LEAST the defaults (de_x, cs_x), or play Jailbreak.
At least those are fun.
