I'm always confused about that pay statistic. What does it actually measure? If it only measures the average of women to men in certain positions (CEO, Manager of a franchise location, etc.), and not based on experience and dedication to said job, I could understand why. I'm not saying there's never gender discrimination in that respect, but it could be that men tend to get paid more in the same position because they tend to be risk takers and don't tend to take time off for family matters, so the role of discrimination is overly implied (these statistics are on an average, and a lot of working women do seem to have families from what I know)
Also that comment about men not being gynecologists is stupid, I'm sure there are some female urologists for men (I don't know what a p-spot doctor is)
As for shaved legs and pits, grow it as you want but don't be surprised that the idea of being shaven most likely goes back to the idea that women were shaved to show they had no lice, so being shaven is almost culturally implanted to be more attractive and clean
This is a good tumblr post:

I wish I knew the names of people like this (I think I know her, can't place her name) instead of deceptive people like that Anita chick who pretended to be a gamer so she could blame all videogames as a product of misogny
