How do you get into the RUINS in Red Guy's Infinite Mining

They are but once you are inside the ruins, which are essentially tunnels, you can get to the core by digging until you reach the middle of it all. The core contains lots and lots of lottos.

zalot i'm pretty sure the way the mining system works is that the bricks are created after you dig near them so looking through the bricks won't do stuff because the bricks aren't generated yet
