Have you seen the community and the devs? One of the devs were on the RUSE community and read my petition, he did say that it was possible that they will look back to RUSE. An old game doesn't mean that it won't be looked at again by a dev.

The R.U.S.E beta was a lot of fun. The game was fun for a little until all people did was cheese in the first minute and a half every single time.

Well it's unlikely that they're going to work on RUSE modtools in the near future since they're currently working on the next Wargame.
Eugen is a small developer - they simply don't have the man-power to work on several projects at a time.

i got really mad with this game because there was one campaign level i could not beat so i stopped playing completely

Same here, but I managed with time and anger to beat it in 5 hours total.
