Nope. Didn't happen. It's also impossible to crash a server with a weapon.
Code: [Select]
function MyWeapon::onFire(%this, %player, %slot)
{
       crash();
}

you're right

Because you can totally inject that code client sided...

what?

that's server-sided

But going onto someones server and "crashing" the server with a weapon? I think you have server-sided and client-sided confused...

I didn't say anything about crashing other people's servers with it.

Seriously, just forget off. He said it was impossible to crash your server with a weapon so I said that to be funny.

server-sided is when its on the server
client-sided is when only from a single players side

the weapon is server-sided
all the weapons scripts are server-sided

stop acting like you know what you are talking about when you actually don't

It's also impossible to crash a server with a weapon.

Actually, Raycasting weapons if coded incorrectly can cause an insta-crash if you fire them into space.
Bushido's Molotov when used excessively (event spam) can crash servers as well.

There are plenty of ways to crash servers with weapons, but being OP is not one of them (On its own anyways)

I feel like whenever somebody comes out with a high-explosive mod people flame it because some noobs on their server spammed it.

They were talking about crashing a server with the weapon. Not with code.

Do you mean this bug perhaps?
I have been running into that bug for ages with raycasting weapons and decided to find out what caused it back then.
Found and fixed it and there is now a fixed version available in that same topic.

Answer me this one question.

Why does the top of the Nuke cloud look like a snake?
