How does a math competition play out? I was planning on doing more stuff like this.

this one is basically everyone from the team goes on a computer, opens a website, and the website starts a timer (i think this one's 30 mins?) and you have 10 problems to do. takes your whole team averages scores into a team average compares the two teams averages live and then reports results afterwards.
normally however it'll be live in different "rounds" and they're basically like mini-math tests on one small subject that you pick earlier, ones i do are 3 questions each and 3 rounds a person... then there's team rounds which are like 10 questions in 10 minutes or something and you're allowed to talk as a team and have to come up with answers.

I've always despised math. It simply isn't my cup of tea. While I still passed my classes I remember a majority of my time was spent wondering when the hell I would ever use this stuff in life, and as of so far, I never have.

Exactly, I was speaking about myself, not others. Of course I know others use it, but I personally don't. I wasn't saying that as an excuse to not be in that class, but wondering how I myself would ever apply it to my career.
