the best way to host a jail escape is to not host a jail escape
the second best way to host a jail escape is deliberately make the prisoners very weak and possibly completely unable to attack and make it so the guards (who can attack) simply cannot enter certain areas but their territory must be crossed in order to win the game
thus the game becomes less about 'get guns and then shoot many dudes' and is more like a full on stealth game

He was nice enough to not charge people for adminship. Probably didn't want to continue paying for the server.
