What makes for a good jail escape? NEW POLL

don't make it so "if prisoner does this, shoot him"
instead make it more like "if prisoner is caught outside of his cell, kill on sight"
make it so the word "freekill" does not exist.
any prisoner trying to reach a goal (for example, you're stuck inside a cell and you have to get out. guards catching you outside will kill you on sight.) will be shot on sight.
