add a stickied topic in help on how to change your avatar (or update the faq)

this isn't a suggestion for blockland itself, it's a suggestion for the forums, so i'm not sure if it belongs here but i think it does
i've noticed that there's been a lot of threads in help saying "my avatar won't work"
this is probably due to the fact that recently(?) you have to clear your cache after uploading your new avatar
i think that there should either be a stickied thread in help explaining how to upload an avatar and how to fix it if it doesn't change/animate or it isn't transparent
or the faq thread could be updated, and it could also include some other questions that have been asked a lot, like "why are my maps gone"

that's all the threads about avatars not working within pages 1-5 of help and i may have missed some
if you think this is a bad idea, explain why (or if you think it's a really good idea you can explain why as well since i'm bad at explaining)

still it'd cut down on repeated threads if there was an easily visible thread explaining how to use avatars
