What happen to the other L4D2 Maps on BL?

I think I have parts one and two of the hotel in my saves, if you want them.

I remember there being the concert save, the hotel and the subways that were built.
Dunno about the bridge, though.

I have the bridge on my old flashdrive, it was not built by the people who did the hotel and subway, however it is unfinished.

Did the creator of the l4d2 saves quit blockland or something?
