Players drop current item on death

I know there's an addon like this, but it drops all the weapons in the player's inventory.
I want one that only drops the one they were holding when they died.
And I guess if they aren't holding anything but had an item, then don't drop anything.

The original version of that mod only dropped the current weapon. Then iban made the version that dropped all
