Some people can't connect to my Servers when it's online.

Some friends on my friend list try to join my servers but it wont connect for them. The server was online at the time they tried to connect.

As my best guess, some people Port foward and need UpNp disabled. When I have it enabled, one of my friends can never join my server. But when I have it disabled, he can join fine.
