Being overly suspicious of people to the point you can't even trust your own family is a problem that needs to be solved.
Refusing to make any sort of social contact with people is a problem that needs to be solved.
Feeling uncomfortable while talking to people because you think strangely is a problem that needs to be solved. (not really a great way to explain Schizotypal but...)
Having a disregard for rules and other people's feelings is a problem that needs to be solved.
Being unable to control your emotions and having an unstable view on yourself is a problem that needs to be solved.
Trying to be provocative for attention is a problem that needs to be solved.
Believing that you are worth much more than other people is a problem that needs to be solved.
Having the feeling of being too undeserving to talk to others, despite the fact you are not, is a problem that needs to be solved.
Requiring others to pamper you is a problem that needs to be solved.
Being too uptight about how everything works is a problem that needs to be solved.

A personality disorder is when these "traits" go out of hand, so I fail to see why these wouldn't be problems that need solving.
