Clean Add-On Folder

Can someone post a link to a clean Add-Ons folder with only the defaults in it? I want to do a complete Add_On cleanout but 2lazy

Rename your add-ons folder to add-ons2 or something and run the launcher.

do this, launcher automatically makes a new folder with defaults.
