I use my chatbot for debugging code, whois, and managing my server...
however, my chatbot only responds to "bot," and is essentially a utility

Easiest way is to just do $Pref::AutoDancer::Speed instead.

I wrote that last year. It was just an example of doing something other than a chatbot.

Chatbots are for fun and can do helpful commands.
Mine can calculate numbers, turn on rainbow player for me, do eval, talk on it's own, and more.
