That old Guitar mod

I've searched and searched for the guitar as seen in This Video.
I used to have it but I can't find it
any help?

This may seem irrelevant, but that guitar did not actually play music.
It was horrid. You would right click or something to change notes, and clicking would play a single note.
It was useless too.

Why would I want it to play music?

It is very irrelevant. Don't mistake a suggestion and request topic for a post your opinion topic.
Sadly I don't have this add-on anymore.
