Use an image/file hosting service like Tinypic, Imgur, or puush, upload it, and then put the URL of the image in [img] tags.
For example, [img]http://i.imgur.com/O9FB6d9.png[/img] would result in this:

OT: I tend to upload my images to imgur and copy it's link into certain posts.
