This is pissing me off, i'm seriously considering calling Comcast, I very rarely get 1.00 upload speed, or even 3.00 download speed, just got lucky there.

How is that even possible?

We pay $15 a month and get 20 MBit/s download + 2 MBit/s upload + no monthly transfer caps + landline telephony included.
