So, as I was finally beginning to calm down and not be so suspicious of going to websites with some forgeted up viruses and being less paranoid about a so-called "stalker" going around where I am, this happens.
So I go into my room after school, put up my laptop's screen (I always put it down before I turn it off because sometimes my cats will walk on my laptop), turn it on, and this is what I see; A completely different desktop (it looks like a default windows desktop, the ones in the slideshows and all that) and a bunch of my icons were gone.
After panicking for a minute, I do the sensible thing and system restored my computer back to yesterday, and now everything is back to normal.
There are two things that seem strange to me, though;
1. I left Steam updating yesterday, it had a fairly large update for me.
2. I found a pen that I've never seen before, either that or I just never paid attention to it, but I don't remember it being there before.
My grandmother says she never saw or heard anybody come inside, and i'm sure nobody climbed through my window because then I would most likely wake up and see them.
Also, another thing, a couple days ago I ran a virus scan with Malwarebytes and it didn't detect a thing, so yeah.
