Everyone else in the story has black outlines. Clearly, the intended style is to have them. Having Fera have color outlines makes her stand out in a bad way.

I'm not a great artist. That's totally different. You're good at pixel art, and therefore would know how to do something like give a character hips. You, however, broke an easy-to-follow stylistic rule.
